Hancock Pass / Alpine Tunnel
Another great high-altitude ride, this route takes you from the old
mining town of St. Elmo along a portion of the Denver, South Park, &
Pacific railroad grade, and along some spectacular jeep trails. Highlights
of the ride include lots of great mining and railroad history (including the
remains of the Alpine Tunnel), and 12,100 ft. Hancock Pass.
